| Talking about Layla? yeah I guess its personal preference, and theres obviously alot of improvisation after the actual song its self, which can be boring, but thats why I like it, I love Claptons improvisation! | |

| I would choose a Gibson Les Paul Studio.. ..over any other guitar, apart from maybe a Mexican Fender Strat with a single Humbucker in bridge position. Also, What is your favourite Amp Manufacturer? Mine is Mesa Boogie or Modulus. (Feel free to ask any guitar/amp/equipment questions, I am a huge guitar geek.) | |

I feel Marshall amps are too mainstream and over-rated, they have some good tones, specially 80's rock era, but the amps are not good enough for the punk rock/alternative sound I need. | |
